Ranunculus - Grey Ver.

I cast on this a while ago and was originally planning this as my travel project because the mohair is light to carry (and I love Ranunculus and want to use up this grey yarn). However, I’m using needle size US 10 and I don’t have a cheap needle available in case it’s confiscated. So I have to re-think about my travel project.

Regarding the progress - I already finished the short rows (skipped front this time because my 1st Ranunculus is hard to tell front vs back), and almost finished the lace yoke.

Ronja Balaclava

Casting on extra 24 sts to make it a total of 132 sts with German Twisted Cast On. I’m using the grey sparkle cashmere CM yarn - I thought 111 gram is enough, but after calculating, it turns out I can do maximum 20cm instead of 27cm for the bottom rib. Well, hopefully that should be enough to keep me occupied on travel waiting time.
