Cancun Boxy Lace Top

Finally I found a lace top to knit with this stiffy yarn. Saw a girl wearing a similar style on the street that day and I was hooked! I have to say though, this yarn is probably the hardest I’ve ever worked with and makes me irritated! I’m holding it double which only makes it worse. Ughh! It feels like it’s time to call it a day after knitting.

I don’t plan to buy any summer yarn on Taobao any more, because they are usually too thin and have to be held double, so from the price point - not competitive. For similar price and thin yarn I would rather work with the cotton/linen blend Sandnes Garn Tynn Line. That baby feels so soft to the touch and I love the finished garment as well! (although it has a little viscose)
